Our manager, Donald H., runs daily operations and oversees every service call. He came to the job through years of hands-on appliance repair work: learning how each system operates, why it fails, and what homeowners need to hear. The standards he holds the team to come straight from that experience: accurate diagnoses, clear pricing, and repairs done properly the first time, for every customer.

Our technicians are expected to be as careful with your home as they are with the appliance. That means showing up when we said, explaining things in plain words, and leaving the area clean.

Every job we do follows the same four steps. It sounds basic, but skipping any one of them is how a simple repair turns into a second visit.

1. We listen to the problem. You know the appliance better than anyone. When it started, what it sounds like, what changed. We ask, and we pay attention to the answer.
2. We check the appliance. We test the parts that could be causing the problem and find the one that actually failed, instead of replacing parts until something works.
3. We explain what we found. We tell you what failed, what your options are, and what each choice means for your budget and your home. You decide; nothing gets done without your go-ahead.
4. We do the repair. We make the repair, test the appliance, and finish with a clear summary so you know exactly what was done.
